TIMBER WORTH 3 LAKHS RECOVERED FROM ALIPURDUAR

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 13^th December, 2015: In a joint operation of Forest Department and SSB today huge cache of smuggled timber worth Rs. 3 Lakhs were recovered at Dangapara in Alipurduar’s Rangalibazar area. Recently, the police along with SSB had started joint operation in a bid to save the wildlife from the poachers and timber smugglers. This recovery today is supposed to be a successful operation in this regards.
